these days i'm feeling good. i bought some shorts a size smaller than i am and will use them as the motivation to stick to fasting this week 
i am so excited that i've lost a grand total of 4-5 pants sizes since my heaviest. it feels really good.

sounds like you had a good night. my man got out of work early for the first friday night ever (he manages a restaurant so pretty much weekend nights he's working) so we went to the casino and had some fun. i'm on the diet bandwagon with you, and i'm just trying to be as good as possible. it's TOUGH! have a good sat babe!
tonight i've made a carrot soup, vegetarian, from this book i just bought called la tartine gourmand. i'm a bit of a food blog junky, but only the really good ones, 101 cookbooks, etc.

Most definitely. I recently started using organic raw sugar. I actually like it. I use that and organic honey to sweeten my green tea.
