work has been so hectic. seriously why is it that people don't listen to me for MONTHS about money going sideways on my items, then all of a sudden when i tell them it's like 100k per period, that it's like a Chinese firedrill. grr. i'm a bit annoyed.
i wanna tell josh, but i haven't talked to him since Sunday. i really hate it when his work is busy. fucking sucks donkey dick.
i hope to make it out to cleveland after a trip to nebraska and indiana the week of 8/16. should be great to spend a weekend together again. i'm already thinking about all the fun we can have

parents are in reno at a soccer tournament this week, which is cool.
i haven't decided if i want to move or not, sorta waiting for my roommate to tell me what our current landlord has planned for the place. the truth is i don't have to move by the 1st, which is good.
lately i've become infatuated with Saint Andre cheese, it's like a super fatty rich delicious brie, but BETTER. i adore it on baguette, grapes, fig spread, mmmm. seriously it's riddiculous. i have to stop eating it, because it's like 1,0000 g of fat i swear.
anyhow....tomorrow's hump day, and the boss is back in the office.
i'm sure it will definitely be interesting.

I think the only remarkable part of my enlistment is my goal. I went Infantry so that could have a shot at being a Ranger and from there maybe Special Forces. It takes a special breed to get through all that so I ultimately know that it's going to be a long hard road through that. I could have easily just been a mechanic and not gone this road. But we have a saying in my family, "If you're going to do something, do it right!" Even my friends, weren't surprised at my choice. Everyone knows I'm a fighter so it wasn't a shock. Other than that choosing military life wasn't hard. My sacrifice is really only going to be in time spent with family and the girl and since i don't have much family and the girl and I are already used to being apart there isn't much sacrifice there.
