so here i am, 10:30 the night before the party and i'm still throwing the costume together. this 80's idea was harder than having a formal i've decided.

i've gotta cut my shirt, cut my skirt, try to put black shoe polish on my boots to make them black (interesting concept)....but i do have a backup plan, if they don't work i have some tall black boots that i could throw leg warmers over and those might rock.

i've taken this task quite seriously as those of us at my office normally do.

straight down to the black rubber bracelets.

i was telling josh about it and he's like "sounds like a sexy schoolgirl to me" heh, i finally convinced him really it's madonna.

i got the hair crimper, and i'm ready to rock on

i'm burning "christmas hippy" a tart josh's grandma made and it smells good. i'm the anti-christmas to be honest this year, w/o my honey here seems kinda fake and pointless. i've never been like that before, all cynicall it's weird. i'll get out of my funk eventually.
