As for hangovers there's no conclusive evidence to support a cure. Although chasers and loading up on vitamin b1 (thiamine) are 2 ways to minimize the effects in the morning.
After the fact though, flushing the body with sports drinks is a great way to replace electrolytes and clear the body of residual "poisons". Especially if alternated with water.
