2 weeks from today, I'll be back home for the summer! It seems so close, yet SO far away because of the finals
I register tomorrow morning... and I don't think it's going to go well. Most of the classes that I had planned for are already full, so I'm going to have a really shitty schedule and/or wake up at like 7 for some fun 8 am classes. What a bummer. Then, after registering, I'm going to have to work on a lab report, go to my classes, and then work on a paper (but will I actually do it, who knows). I also have to study for a midterm on Friday (one week before finals, what the fuck?).
I was supposed to look for a higher paying job for this coming summer, but since I haven't started looking at all, and summer's right around the corner, looks like I'll just be working at good ol' GameStop. What I'd really like is a weekly paycheck without actually having to do anything. I know, I'm very original.
Props to Kes for the new profile pic - she made it from scratch in PhotoShop. Damn, is she getting good with that program or what?
Attention people who use web-based email services (like hotmail/yahoo). Google is coming out with their own service (Gmail), and it's definitely worth checking out once the service is up to the public. The main feature that you'll probably be interested in is that each account comes with a 1,000 MB limit... pretty kickass huh? Actually, I have an account right now through it, and every once in a while I might get an email with the ability to "invite" someone to the beta service, so if you're interested, leave me your email address (but no guarantees, I haven't gotten any invitation abilities as of yet).
I can't believe there's only two weeks left before summer, seems like this last school year went by ridiculously fast, although I have no complaints.
