It's strange, being relieved of academic responsibilities. Suddenly, there is all this time that needs to be occupied. But with what? Small town Ontario life has little to offer in this respect at times. I'll probably just drink more water.

saw the Arcade Fire and Caribou (formerly Manitoba) this passed week. Both shows were phenomenal in different respects. 9 different folks with different talents put out an amazing amount of energy and with such grace. 2 drum kits going at the same time, complimentary to one another, visually stunning.

I've graduated recently, a frightening but liberating experience. Today it rained a lot and all the worms came out onto the warm pavement.. constant vigilance. I wonder how many people actually alter their walking patterns for the sake of worms?
