The road trip is over. I have come to a pretty clear decision that if I moved out of socal, I would choose San Francisco for my new home. Maybe Lil Tuffy convinced me when the 3 bars we went to were within a few blocks of his house. Or maybe it was the sights or local bands. I don't know... I do know that I had a great time while I was there, and I'd like to go back soon. Maybe I'd end up doing PR for Oracle or Adobe. Who knows. The trip was a success as I got to see the cities I wanted to see and meet some great people. Thanks to ethereal00, Lil Tuffy, RagingWhore43, L, DreamMaker and daze for their hospitality and giving me a place to stay. Daze and I are packing up some stuff at his apartment now, and it's time to go home. I don't know how much time I'll have there before the sandbox calls me overseas, but it won't be long now. So thanks to everyone for showing me a good time before I have to leave.

Hey, thanks for commenting on my journal entry. I've been thinking about you more than you can know, since the SG Thai dinner. You're the only person I know who's going to the 'sandbox,' and I think about that every time I hear about more troops being sent or other war-related news. I really don't know what to say, I'll just pray you'll be okay, and that some other solution to the mess over there can be found before people like you are put in danger's way.
