The 2nd floor apt. balcony overlooks a wonderful park and lake, you have your own covered, reserved parking spot, and cats are allowed! minutes from the I-5! minutes from the beach! 1/2 hour from San Diego! 1 hour from LA! $525 a month, and if you are willing to do all the chores, i can even knock it down a bit!
