Ignore the previous post. An alternate diagnosis that I did not find online is "You ate fenugreek leaves." Which, as it happens, I did. No diet adjustment for me!

p.s. thanks for the love. some days I feel like I can do it, I can make my life happen and learn to love and forgive myself, other days, I just want to curl up in bed and cry. unfortunately, those are usually also the days I have to go the job I swore I'd never go back to. go me :/
