Wow, first thing, its surprising that I am doing another blog so quickly after the last one LOL. But like the title says, things change quickly in a month.

The new job is awesome, but I have resigned and today is my last day here. I had to have a serious think over this job and came to realize that the person who is my cross shift (who works when I am on days off) and myself cannot get along. Well to be honest its not me that not getting along its mostly her. She seems to not want to communicate with me on any projects that are going on or starting up, or giving me cross over notes to keep me up to date on our job. I also caught her not doing all the paperwork we need to do for our client. So in short form, shes not doing her fucking job at all. I got a hold of our headquarters about this and they seem to have shrugged it off for the most part. That really upset me.

The second reason for leaving this job is I cant afford it. It pays very low wages (which is not surprising for a retirement type of job), but I had a good talk with my dad and he brought up 2 important factors I never thought of. 1 was the fact I was putting 3200 kms each rotation onto my truck just to drive to the location to work. The client has offered to fly us and then shuttle us from the airport out to the mine. My problem is I have PTSD and cannot be in large airports. It upsets me to the point that I curl up in a ball and lock everyone out. 2. I am paying $800.00 per rotation in fuel to go to site and return home. With the wages that means the first 3 days of work is just to pay the gas to get there.

So I am saying good bye to this awesome job. Looks like I will be either going back to being a medic in Alberta / BC on a rig or doing fracs, but the positive sides of this is a) higher wage, b) no wear and tear on my truck, c) closer to home instead of being 15 hours away from home. So there is a silver lining in all of this

Now onto more important things: the very beautiful Suicide Girls and Hopefuls! A huge thank you to all the girls for helping me keep sane. I am loving reading peoples blogs (never knew I was so into other peoples lives lol) and seeing candid photos of their daily lives.
