Yesterday I was styudying and doing some research about new companies, and I came to this one in particular, with values that can be a lesson to us all.

I will put them here for you, but in my perspective. Here they are:

1) Be truly concerned about people.

Yes. We must have empathy, compassion and humility to deal with life. Be concerned not only with yourself, but with people around you. Be true and loyal to your feelings and ideals.

2) Make the biggest difference in the world.

Be ambitious, think big. Try to reach the most of people out there. If we believe, we can do anything.

3) Work with passion and have fun.

Keep a free spirit, and be optmist. Always look for the bright side of things to attract only good things in your life. We don't need to take it seriously to do serious things! Have fun with life!

4) Do the right thing.

Don't do to others what you wouldn't like them to do to you. Respect and you will be respected. Be honest and true.

5) Make more with less.

Proactivity. Don't wait until someone ask you to do anything if you can just go and do it yourself. Always seek for the best and make it happen. If you don't know how to do it, learn first or ask for help.

6) Develop yourself and others around you.

Defy yourself and step out of your confort zone. Always seek for knowledge and be open to learn, with life or with others around you. Have courage to face the unknown. Be open minded. Develop others as well. Teach what you know, be open, honest and direct.

7) Question standards.

Question things that have been made the same for a long time. Think outside of the box, try something new, something better, something easier or faster.

8) Be yourself.

9) We are all in the same boat.

Help each other, trust people, have respect and never try to pull someone's legs.

10) Be transparent.

Talk openly about your mistakes and hits, without judging anyone. Learn to solve conflicts with respect and without taking to the personal side. Know to accept criticism.
