It's one of those mornings that I wake up feeling like the sun is on my shoulders. If that makes sense. Like a big bubble of happy is growing in my chest. Don't pop my bubble bitches! This blog is chock-full-o'-pictures because I haven't been able to upload anything for a while so I have just been skanking it up in photo booth smile

I will start with an ode to vegan food

On feb 14 my honey bee took me to one of my favorite food joints, the Bodhi Tree in Huntington beach





In a perfect world, I would have seaweed wraps every day & I would be able to crawl into their kitchen and discover all of their secrets love If you are ever in the area you HAVE to stop by and let them play with your taste buds.

Last weekend I made a rustic eggplant and sourdough bread lasagna based off of a recipe I found on Vegan Yum Yum




the taste was great but I wasn't a big fan of the texture. However my boyfriend who is an avid lover of all things eggplant ate the entire thing within two days.



Next, last weekend my friend had a house show out in bum fuck Riverside but its always nice to get super sweaty in the pit. (even though someone stepped on my pretty iphone and now the screen is pretty fucked. not super fucked though. It's still workable. blackeyed

There was a guy that looked like Kratos from God of War who kept collecting tumble weeds from around the yard and making bigger and bigger fires

After the show we went to a friend's house and continued to get tore the fuck up







Later in the week I went to a CD and Record expo in Claremont hosted by KSPC and found a couple gems
