Best day off ever!

Today we woke up, worked out, had pancakes, and finished watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Then we went for a short walk in the neighbourhood, came home and I made honey garlic sausages which we had with Ciabatta bread and asparagus and asiago dip. Now were watching American Beauty and later still, were going to watch The Astronauts...

Replacing awful blog with...less awful, though pretty boring one?

I have been working a lot, which is great financially. I actually had enough money to order double shrimp rolls from Sushi Ya! and Pizza Hut in the same day and not be broke afterwards (although I don't recommend the idea to anyone).

Pride is coming up quickly and I don't know that I will end...

I am a terrible person.

I fought with my better half last night, in the streets, while drunk. She had to call the cops because I was being so insane. Sometimes I think I should seek professional help. I just, I don't -feel- like I have any sort of mental issues. Therapy seems like a waste of time and money, but holy shit this behaviour...

Well perhaps ease up on the booze and you'll be a much better person. But honestly, you're never a terrible person. Really.... smile

I thought that therapy would be a waste of time for 26 years of my life - then after being hospitalized and everything - I caved and went. It was probably the best thing I could have done for myself!
DEFINITELY worth a try, lady! And if you're work doesn't have assistance to help you find one/pay for one - there should still be other ways. A lot of therapists are "pay what you can".

Hope things get better!!!

Hey y'all, what's new?

Work has been steady this week. The store is almost ready to open, and I have to keep reminding myself that I will have quite a different job once customers are involved. Tomorrow I have a 3 hour shift, just to train on cash. It's a little laughable as I'll most likely need about 5 minutes, but hey, money is money....

Happy Wednesday!! (idek)

Work went by quickly as per usual. I made a display for graduation party stuff, Betty Crocker food containers, and two Canada Day ones. Then at the day's end, I foolishly left my ring in the bathroom while washing my hands!! I shall get it back tomorrow when I go in.

I added a wishlist to my profile page. It only has...

Sunday, fun day..or not.

Went to work today, second shift (and I was lattteee). It's Sunday so buses don't run before 9 and I had to be there at 8, therefore I had to cab it. The day itself wasn't awful, we unloaded about 4100 boxes in 8 hours. By the time I left I think there was still another 2300 or so to be...

First day of work was pretty great. I mean, the store isn't open until the 16th, so right now we're all just setting up the shelves in the store, and on Sunday we're receiving 80 skids of product @_@;

I am freakin' exhausted from all the lifting and putting together of the displays, but everyone seemed pretty nice. I already have at least 25 hours...

The system works!!

Applied for EI the other day, after having gone to Ontario Works for assistance. Gave OW my confirmation that I applied for EI, and they sent me almost $1200. I have now paid off all but $100 of my credit card (including $35 in late fees), my bank overdraft, my $300 cable/internet bill, a $76 phone bill, and my portion of the...
