I thought that therapy would be a waste of time for 26 years of my life - then after being hospitalized and everything - I caved and went. It was probably the best thing I could have done for myself!
DEFINITELY worth a try, lady! And if you're work doesn't have assistance to help you find one/pay for one - there should still be other ways. A lot of therapists are "pay what you can".

Work has been steady this week. The store is almost ready to open, and I have to keep reminding myself that I will have quite a different job once customers are involved. Tomorrow I have a 3 hour shift, just to train on cash. It's a little laughable as I'll most likely need about 5 minutes, but hey, money is money....
