I finally gave in and bought new working white uniforms - CNT's this time instead of cottons. They issued me a size 36 shirt and 12R pants in boot camp, but they were too big, so now I'm in a size 34 shirt and 10 petite pants, and my uniform fits me! It looks 100 times better..
