what a weekend. I'm surprised I'm not still asleep or hiding in a dark corner, rocking back and forth.
I got my Cthulhu cellphone case and I adore it
I got up to go to my usual 3 am Friday morning Michael's shift...and felt like absolute shit. I worked for about 2.5 hours, then begged my manager to go home, because I was on the verge of puking on the products I was unloading. I came home in time to cuddle with Corey for another half hour before he had to get up for work. I slept for a few hours, and felt better...just in time to go to work at the other job.
Saturday morning, Corey and I got up, played with Molly and Bailey (Bailey stayed over while Corey's sister was out...with her new boyfriend), then gave both dogs a tranquilizer (Bailey is insane and destroys a lot when left alone, and we didn't want Molly being too active). We went to pick up the lovely Acey to take her out for her birthday. It still amazes me that she JUST turned 20, she's nearly 6 months younger than me. She wanted to get her septum pierced and chose to go to my favorite tattoo/piercing shop, Diamond Tattoo in Renton. I love that place, that's where the Enigma tattooed Corey and I too!
Corey had forgotten his wallet, and while Acey and I went to get some food in her stomach before the piercing, Corey ran back to the house to get it, and he missed the actual piercing, but arrived just in time for sliding the ring in Acey's nose. I got to hold Acey's hand while the needle went in.
The gorgeous girl also gave me the Cthulhu hat I had bought the supplies for
And made me a little something extra

Saturday was also free comic book day, and there's a comic shop not far from Diamond, so we stopped in.

We bought both the A amd B covers, and got the last of one of them (I can't remember which one). Our shop had a good number of the other one, so JohnnyZombie, if you want me to grab you one, let me know!
Acey found theses in FYE and I begged Corey for them
I had to rush off to work Saturday, and Mel and I were going to try to shoot, but we got there..and Mel realized she forgot her memory card, so we're going to try again this Saturday. It's always weird to me to see the account I work Fridays and Saturdays in daylight, so I snapped a picture
We worked so early, because I had to turn around and work Michael's at 1 am. By the time I got home from working with Mel, it was 10:30 and I decided it wasn't even worth it to sleep between work, and Corey decided he'd stay up for the same amount of time as me. I worked my 8 hour shift, expanding the bakeware/cake decorating section at Michael's, then rushed home to change for my mother's day brunch in with the females on my Mother's side. I was dead on my feet, and my mother bought us coffee on the way...but no amount of caffeine could help me. We walked in, all my aunts both yelled "HOLY TITS" when I took off my coat.
I guess this outfit really....accentuated my...tits
Boobs run in my family though.
Brunch was great, and I had the bright idea that we should have tea, so I had brought 3 varieties of tea from Teavana (holy tits that was expensive), and the food was delicious, but I was just...dead.
I figured out that Corey and I had been awake for about 32 hours by the time we laid down for a few hours before his parents got back. We had chinese with his parents and sister, then we shuffled right back to bed. I slept for close to 14 hours, and definitely needed it.
The in-laws are going back to a strict gym regime starting today, so I finally get to use my bathbomb from Lush with Corey! YAY!
And since I didn't get to shoot a set, I snapped these for you guys.

I got 2 large paychecks this week, and I really want to buy....something, but I don't know what. And at the same time I should be saving part of it for my airfare to Texas for October. I also got an estimate for the star tattoo, and they said $160, I'm going to ask someone else, since it's going to be roughly the same size as the one on my back, and that was only $90.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that on Saturday, on the way to work with Mel (I sent this as a text to some people, so bare with me), we saw a state trooper pulled off to the side of the freeway with his lights flashing. Normally I look, just out of curiosity, and since I wasn't driving, I could look a little longer. It struck me as odd that the lights were on, but there was no other car pulled over. Saw the trooper leave his car and I looked down along the road, to see a mother duck and her babies about the walk into traffic. The state trooper was rushing to the duck family, and I think he was putting them in his car to a nearby pond. The state trooper saving those duckies made my day!
