The best workout advice I have is that you should try to do a mix of exercise that doesn't hurt your hip. Lifting weights for example will help on burning calories and it'll burn from everywhere. This is my 6th week of working from home. I'm super busy as there are many projects going on in parallel. I have to watch out to still have a bit of outdoor time to catch some fresh air and get in some walking. Working from home isn't as easy as I imagined. I miss all the short breaks where I can go talk to my colleagues or just walk around the office to get a cup of tea or an espresso in the afternoon. Let's hope it'll continue well and we will soon see a flattening of cases in the Washington, DC area. Right now it is predicted to reach the peak end of June! Wish you the very best and I'm sure you'll master school in addition to work!

Welp they finally moved me to the location closer to the house, and I'm thrilled. Getting to learn under a different director with more years of experience than I've been alive. The other upside is that my office looks out onto one of my favorite cemeteries in town. It's very peaceful when there arent a ton of people walking around like it's a park

Thank you my dear friend! 🙏 When it is getting too much, I put on my noise canceling headset. At night I use ear plugs out of a special wax, so they are sealing really good without hurting. Not ideal, but works if necessary. I also use my Calm app regularly, they have wonderful meditation and calming sounds/music. I heard of A quiet place, apparently it is very scary. I may watch it when it’s light outside with the remote control in my hand to fast forward. Please stay healthy and happy! 🤗

I'm still alive and kicking around, don't worry. Life got hectic and is still currently a rollercoaster but I took some time to be with my friends of God Module when they came into town, and I'm doing an outing with friends from work, we've lovingly called ourselves the Death Squad.
