I had a bit of a breakdown when I turned 25 . I did use it as a positive jumping off point however . I got my shit together and went back to school. That has made a lot of difference for me.
My advice is to find someone even older who is less successful or at least no more sucessful than you and buddy up to them. Whenever you start to feel old draw comparisons.It works for me.I use him to justify lots of things really...very useful.
