last Saturday Dinant and Dennis from Kane had dinner in the restaurant I work in. Kane is a rock band wich is quite big over here in The Netherlands.
Dinant came the day before to make the reservations so I asked him if he and Dennis would sign my guitar.
The thing is that I bought this guitar "a 1972 Gibson Les Paul custom" about 5 or 6 years ago. In a shop in The Hague. The guy who sold it to me told me that Dennis just traded it in the day before.
You should have seen the face of Dennis when he saw his old guitar. These guy's are really cool. I mean they are celebrities here but stayed quite normal. They were very nice to me and wrote a nice story on (off course the back of my axe). Something like. With this guitar we played our fist gigs. And then we posed for some pics. (wich I can't post because they are way larger than 100kb).
Kane made my year a good one after all.
