Walking to work helps me with mine, try for 9 k to 10 k steps each day, not some much fun with the 40C temps we.re getting currently.

@nqwombat Oh gosh I don't like the colder weather AT ALL. I like spring and fall days where I am but when it gets colder I find it harder to get out and try to be more active.

I esteem you enough for the both of us! 5. A vlog is like sitting down for a chat, with you. 6 Your porcelain skin is rhapsodic! And, those delectable, "Chocolate Kiss" nipples are bound to put the Hershey co. out of business!!!!! - i have a personal concern, as my niece attends The Hershey School. - i hope, they stay in business, long enough for her to graduate.

@jacinto2 Thanks! It could have been worse and thankfully no one was hurt, but I still felt like 2 cents :( I am totally a cat lady! They are awesome! They can also be jerks but they usually love me ;) <3 Children are amazing and never have I laughed so much as I have from my own kid lol. Thanks for all you have said!
