So my gf called it quits, and gave me the "its not you, its me" speech. riiiight. how does someone deal with that? i gave her my all, yet gave her, her space. we were in a long distance thing sooooo i dont know how much space i can give.
i did get to go to the gym today, felt good but im sore. i hope i didnt over do it. did a decent routine of legs today, squats, hack squats, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises, and of course abs. just for starters.
