So now I'm 30, it's feels kinda weird, especially since the average life span of a male is 77 yrs old. And knowing all the damage I've done to this body I'm probably right on track with that number. Well I decided to change that, I put down the cigars last night for good. It's time to eat a little better, which Ode can help me with being a vegetarian and all. That helps big time 'cause I'm easily made accessible to more organic fresh fruit and veggies, which is never a bad thing.
I also have to get serious about be fit again. I don't like the pugginess I have right now and need to tighten that shit up. So regardless of me working all day, then being at Culinary school until 1 or 2 in the morning, I WILL run and do sit ups and push ups tonight before I go to bed. I weighed in this morning at 175, I have a feeling within the month I'll be at the very least around 165-168 which will be perfect.
Things are looking good, gotta keep that motivation strong and stick with it, there is no try this time, only doing.
