Your son sounds like an excellent lad. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, obviously. (Oops, I just made a rather bad pun, didn't I? :)) From what I understand, Queens is pretty much the last remaining affordable borough in NYC -- and the most ethnically diverse, at this point.

And let us not forget that Queens is the birthplace of the Ramones...which makes it infinitely cool, in my book. ;)
