The fall Camellia bush is starting to show off.
Perfect Fall day on the lake today. Had a great paddle. As I was getting ready to launch I’d dropped my board on the beach, went and parked the car and came back to find this guy checking it out.

It was a picture perfect Carolina blue sky spring day today. Here's what's going on the in the kitchen garden:
Lots of lettuce from Fall and early Spring plantings
Kale- we've been harvesting leaves since January
Spinach - more coming in other beds coming in in a few weeks after this group
Garlic - can't WAIT! Planted in Fall, this will be ready in late

Picked up these ladies today. Three 8 week old pullets.

They are settling into their new homestead nicely. Fresh eggs starting in approx. 4 months. :-)
