Fine, then; be that way.

I'll blog, but I don't have to like it.

This weekend, I went home. I left Kingston on Friday afternoon and spent five hours in traffic. It seemed like every highway I tried to detour to had a fresh accident up ahead. Toronto was, as far as I could tell, a fucking parking lot. I ended up listening to AM radio the whole time for up to date traffic reports, and my GPS somehow managed to do the rest.

Eventually, I got home.

I went back to see my kids, and visit with my parents. My kids were a joy, as always, and my parents were as awesome as they usually are, too.

A good time was had by all, and I didn't even have too much traffic on the way back. So here I am, back in Kingston, with fresh memories of a good weekend to tide me over for whenever I manage to get back there next.

That's Sarah, who loves to swing. It's new to her, so it might actually be her favourite thing ever. then again, at her age, "ever" isn't really all that big a time.

I'll post some more pics next week. It'll give me something to talk about.
