So I had the dinner that I mentioned in the last post. It was mostly painless. For all her bullshit, she's at least funny sometimes. And I figured out what she wanted from me: a ride and companionship for her gift certificates to Outback Steakhouse. Her friends now are all either vegan eco-warriors or they won't eat meat that's not grain raised or whatever. I don't give a fuck. Hence, I got free steak. Who am I to look a gift cow in the mouth, or stomach in this case.

No big plans for the New Years. It's not a happy holiday for me, just looking forward to January 2nd when life will get back to normal.
