yeah, i would dig that fully, but i would need to get paid at least something. and last time i checked Skin and Ink wasn't in a position to hire something (they're the only tattoo magazine worth reading in my opinion) and for some reason i think Punk Planet would be really closed to the idea. their articles are way different than my style of writing.

Tonight I played scrabble at a friends house and we bitched about women. He's got girl troubles, I've got girl troubles and we found that our collective girl troubles are pretty similar. Funny how that works. Either he's much better or I'm much worse at scrabble because I beat him by only 1 point.

i think it's age--youth imparts a lot of immediacy and import to whatever you're doing in life. i've tried to go back an reread some of the books that made such an impact on me when i was younger, but they seem so flat now. it was a little sad. i've been reading a lot of fluff as well. things change, but it's still good.

That's why I did what I did. Like.. I've left everyone else on good terms. And I've already secured another job.

I could use some money, but I'll still get paid for a week or two more, and I start my new one full-time in 2 weeks. I can go in and work a while tomorrow and any other days if I want, too. So.. why the hell not? Though I am a bit sorry for making them have to stretch out to cover my stuff.. but they're corporate. They have a back-up plan with on-calls.

It feels like spring outside. Damn crazy Oregon weather. My ex is talking about moving back to Portland. She's got other reasons than being near me, or so she says. Yes, we are still dating. You can not care and be something other than a blob. I'm sure there are different reasons for people to not care about anything. Your friend being basically psychotic, depression, the way they were brought up. You can't lump everyone into the same category.
