Back from a 450plus mile roundtrip to Homer. The Great Bubbles Alaskan Land Search continues. The Homer deal was a deffinate no go. To many arty/hippy types grabbin' up land down there, driving up the prices to unreasonable levels. I think the Sterling place is about to be the winner........Time to make up my mind.........Soon.
