Well, my holiday(s) were pretty decent. Didn't do much, but then again, I didn't want to. Hung out with my roommate and got drunk on X-mas Eve. I actually made it out of the house for NY Eve though...went to a pre-party party...even contributed to the baked goods. Felt good to cook again after so many months having gone without. I ruined a batch of cookies, but my toffee was top notch! I find cooking to be very relaxing, but cooking without the proper tools is quite stessful.

My job situation hasn't changed. My savings is dwindling faster than I'd like. The company I interviewed with had some sort of "reorganization" and said my position wouldn't be available for another couple of weeks...I've heard that before. Looking elsewhere.

Anyway...guess I'll hit the road. I've been trying to connect with an old friend of mine unsuccessfully. Not from lack of interest..just bad timing. Today sounds good.
