I have a job interview Monday, my first game with my new hockey team is Sunday and my ship destroyed a British squadron last night!
I'll start with the job first. I applied for this temp agency thatw as looking for game testers right before Thanksgiving. I was sent the link from not one but two of my friends so I figured that meant it was a good place to sign up for. Yesterday i got an e-mail saying that I have an interview with them Monday at 1:30pm. Woot! Its for a game tester job right here in San Jose if I get it. Its a dollar an hour less than I was making at EA but I won't have to pay for train fare or gas, I can just ride my bike there.

I decided that a big something was missing from my life and that something was HOCKEY! So I signed up for the winter season which starts Sunday and got a new team. I've been missing out on my goalie experiance for too long and I'm ready to play. I've also got a lot to catch up on, on my last team I went winless so I need to figure out what I'm not doing and make sure I'm doing it. I also hope I get some more defenseive help from this new team. I hope that with every team it seems and I'm usually let down but when we're out shooting the other team and loosing 4-1 that tells me I'm the weak link. When we're loosing 4-1 and the other team is oushooting us by an almost 2-1 margain that tells me I'm doing everything I can and I need help. I'll never forget the game where I faced 45 shots, I was exhausted. So yeah I'm really looking forward to Sunday night.
As for my pirate ship that's another story I won't bore you with.
