i think working out for an hour this morning made the day start out right... got my blood flowing. AND... i am eating a rice crispy right now!!!

maybe i'll take bowie (my mutt) to the beach again... seems like it will be a nice day.

my best friend is out of town... so i am left alone.... i always get in trouble when she is gone. (last time she left i got a dog shocked )

my dog and i went to the beach today... it was calming for my destroyed mental health.

well... i'm at work till 10pm. i offered to work on thanksgiving, christmas, and new years because it seems a better option then sitting at home alone. i didn't think it would be this way again this year. frown

i really would love to know why i have such shitty luck with relationships. it's probably something i do.... wish someone would tell me what it is....
