finally a journal that won't mention ntl..... (that time didn't count, ok)
hope you are all well and good and have lots of exciting things coming up over the weekend.
today i had to drop some things off for one of the promoters i work for, at warp records in kentish town (for those of you not in the know: they are the label responsible for plaid, aphex twin, boards of canada, sabres of paradise, nightmares on wax, LFO etc etc) anyway one thing lead to another.....i think i may be working for them in the future
i'm gonna hear back in a couple of weeks cos they've got a new dvd coming out in a month which they want seriously promoted...and they are considering little old me to help them out....fuck a duck!
warp is so like my favourite record label.......i can't believe it
quite a busy saturday coming up...one of the guys is leaving the big chill so there's his leaving do at the big chill bar, with i believe a tab at the bar....result!
then staying in the shoreditch area for a friends night called send at the platinum bar which i really hope i make seeing how i'm gonna be at the chill bar from about 5.....i'm a bit of a light weight when it comes to alcohol
if any of you are in the shoreditch area on saturday....come find me, it would be lovely to see an unfamiliar face
the chill bar is on dry walk off brick lane and i believe the platinum bar is on paul st near old st tube....maybe i'll see you there?!
i'm starting to think i have a real problem with my vinyl habit! yesterday i was in camden, popped into know how and left spending 70 and today i was in town and spent 34..........what the fuck is wrong with me? do any of you suffer this appaling habit? i've really got to get this sorted out. it would be ok if i was getting paid every week to play...but i'm not. i can't say no......somebody please help!

I hovered at the bar at first until I recognised a couple of faces. It's always daunting meeting new people who already know each other but they were a nice bunch - few that they were - so no probs there.
