I fasted for a couple days, no particular reason really, but it taught me something about myself (wouldn't you like to know). I am officially dieting now, just a few loose ends to tie up before it can work the way I want. I also solidified an exercise routine that I have put off for ...years (2 millennia to be exact), and will start tomorrow. It's supposed to be a very intense routine but it seems modest to me (I'll probably be in a wheelchair by weekend for saying that) so I may have to add more to it; a strict regimen of 16 hour fuck sessions daily would do nicely. It would also be REALLY nice to have a hot personal trainer to get me into shape, and also make me exercise; but I left my genie bottle inside my last girlfriend...I bet she's doing better than me right now.

Thanks, it actually was pretty intense. It just sucks that it's such a short workout. I think it's meant for people who are already in shape and simply want to tone up and lose that last 1.5 grams of body fat, not someone who wants to shape up and lose that 150 pounds of body fat.
