this morning was pretty fun. did a 10k run this morning. it was for a good cuase. fund raiser for people who dont have food this season. i cam in 6th out of 120 people. wasnt so bad. i raised about 300 dollars. today is yet another day of wonderful training. i cant wait for thursday. though i am cooking and i willl be up at a very early time. i look forward to it. have in a few friends. some family. and a good meal. well i must be off. duty calls.
