So, I'm sitting here in a dimly lit Econo Lodge, watching fuzzy cable TV, full on Chinese food, oh yeah, and I'm typing this too.
How did I get here?
I have been gone from the land of internet for a long, long time, and for that I'm sorry, but not really, because let's face it people, we all have these nice little lives outside of SG-Land.
I have been moving for about a week, and how does someone move over the course of a week? Well, first I moved out of NYC last week, attended a wedding near VA Beach last weekend, and now I'm in Charlottesville killing the hours until tomorrow morning at 8am when I'm finally moving into my apt. for the next year.
Which reminds me, I need to upload pics from the wedding (PS: I CAUGHT THE BOUQUET! I totally elbowed some poor girl in a teal dress to get it too. ) so you can see how great I look in brown and gold (and no, I'm not egotistical at all - the bride looked fabulous too 
).
I wish there was more exciting things to tell you but mostly it's been a whole bunch of insomnia and lifting heavy objects. I'll also post pics of what my new place looks like too so you can understand the part about the multitudes of lifting heavy items - but I'm telling you - I'll be ripped by the end of the weekend.
And just in case I take another long blogging hiatus...
Happy 4th and who wants to see "Pirates 2" with me on the 7th?
I need friends - I'm all alone in Virginia with not a friend to my name!
