Hmmm a good news / bad news day.

Good news? Looks like my efforts at walking more, the gym and eating healthier are panning out. While I am not weighing myself I noticed a little bit more room in a pair of jeans I had not worn for a while because they were just too tight in the waistline.

yay for me. biggrin biggrin

Bad news? Unless something changes in the next month or so. Looks like Central AC is going to be out for the new house this year. It is just too much right now, 5k I don't have at the moment.

Another hot Summer. At least this year I have blinds that should help control the heat better than last year. Just have to wait and see.

the funny thing about you're p.s. don't go again. right after i accepted to be a member again i realized just how much i can't afford this site and it won't let me cancel immediately like i had hoped. i guess, what's done is done. i just won't eat for a week or something.
