Well that was easy. Sold my SUV today, it was on the marke only one day and I have multiple all cash competive offers. Sheesh... should have asked more money!
A few months back I had mentioned to some people I would sell it to them or anyone they knew for about $3200.
Well I did a little research and thought I might shoot a little high and I put it on Craigslist for $4400.
Considering the competition I should have asked for more. Oh well $4400 I did not have yesterday and I don't have to take care of it anymore. It was old, I did not drive it much and it was just going to take more money to maintain.
After I get my tax return (prolly around $3000) I will begin looking at housing options much more earnestly.

I had a three day weekend. Tomorrow it's back to the grind. I'm not looking forward to it either, 16 hour day tomorrow. I spent waaaayyy too much money today also. But all is good. I bought a few new outfits and some hair products and a couple of books. I calculcated about $250. And all of it went on to my amex. I'm just a broke kid trying to make it in the big world. All my hard earned cash goes to bills unfortunately.
