Thanks, it turned out to be a piramid type scam job. I am going to pass.
For the first time in four years I have no pain in my knees. The cortisone has fully kicked in. Three days in a row I have walked 30 minutes on a treadmill with no pain. Going to try gardening this afternoon. I think I finally have my life back.
