--My 3 beautiful, wonderful chlidren. I know everyone says this, but I am so lucky to have kids like mine. I am so proud of them!!

What's up, yo? So...yeah. I seem to be getting on here less and less lately. Things have been busy.

School is off to a roaring start. I guess I should explain what I'm going for. Music has always been my life, and I was leaning towards going back to school to teach music, but I decided to follow a different dream. I'm actually enrolled in...

Ok, you were right. I really think though, that this is the perfect fight to highlight why the scoring system needs to be changed.

Evans took him down at will but Bisping also got up at will and this should count for something. On the odd occassion when Evans managed to keep him down, he did fuck all with the position.

Obviously, at the end of the fight, I knew Bisping had lost but that doesn't mean that Evans deserved to win. We really need a scoring system where how good the guy does on the deck counts. Bisping was controlling much of the fight from the ground. All credit to Rashad though, he knew what it would take to get a win and did that and nothing more.

I think what we need is for a decent amount of ex-fighters to become judges, then they can be more in tune with the action. Unfortnately, I dont expect there's much money in it.

Changing the subject, this was the first time I'd seen that new ref; he doesn't let them fuck about much huh? If they aren't doing anything, they're straight up or seperated. I like him. biggrin

Well...school starts on Monday for me and the wait is killing me. I never thought at age 30 I'd be going back to school AND be excited about it, but I can't wait to hit the ground running on this. It'll be great. I start working on the 12th, too. I'll have my hands full but it'll be so worth it.

I have a full...

Best of luck! Going back to school when you're older is DEFINITELY more exciting because you're doing it by choice and not parental obligation. You'll kick ass...... I just know it.

Hope you had fun with your girls -- both the daughter and your lady.

Study hard! I'll look forward to hearing how this week went for you. biggrin
hypersage:
Good luck. It sounds like you're getting the better of life at the moment. smile

How old is your Daughter?

Well...it's on. School is set to start on Nov 5th and I'm officially good to go. This is a long time coming and I'm pretty excited to finally have some direction in my life. I can't wait!

Not much else new here. Looking forward to watching the UFC fights this weekend. And hopefully the Indians pull it out tonight and head on to the World...

I'm alive and well...where am I?

Great question. I've been busy, busy, busy and I kinda dropped off the face of the SG earth for a while. Lots of crazy stuff going on.

I've had my girlfriend staying with me recently, which is absolutely wonderful. Long distance relationships suck, so it's been great having her around.

Trying to get my stuff together for this school...

Recently, I was diagnosed with A.A.A.D.D.- Age Activated Attention Deficit Disorder. This is how it manifests: I decided to wash my car. As I start toward the garage, I notice that there is mail on the hall table. I decide to go through the...

This, my friend, is why God invented lists.

Seriously, I have lists for everything and they help me get things done. Until you lose your little notebook with the lists in it. mad

How about Griffin & Jardine? Those boys really did The Ultimate Fighter show proud.

So...the last 14 months of my life have been full of changes and challenges and I find myself at crossroads of sorts. I've been thinking a lot about the future which has made me look at the past quite a bit. I was told a few months back to go back to doing what it is that I love. So, I've been back to making...

Good Luck Dude.

I'll give you a bit of advice, it always makes me feel better when I am feeling down.

No matter how bad things get, it could be worse. You could be Josh Koscheck! biggrin

Evidently, I'm going straight to Hell. Do not pass "GO". Do not collect $200.

I found this Dante's Inferno Hell Test. It's loosely based on the levels hell from the book. I've been banished to the second level of hell, which is where the lustful people go. What a surprise...or not. Anyways, it was mildly amusing to me, so I thought I'd share. Here are...

I had something happen to me today and I can't quite put the way I feel about it into words. First, a little background on me:

I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. Never even tried it. My outlet and the thing that saved my life (literally) was always music. I was a trumpet player growing up and I was pretty fucking good. So, obviously...

Holy freakin' God!

Today may possibly have been the longest day of my life. Between driving to Columbus, waiting at the doctor's office, then driving home, I was gone for 11 hours. AAAAARRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!! I spent the day waiting. That's allI did. I waited.

We got mixed news, too. My mom's cancer has not gotten any worse, which is fantastic. The bad part was she was...
