GRRRRRRRRR!!!!
Question: How is it possible to have everything and nothing at the same time?
What a fucking week.
First of all, I can't promise how often I'll be able to get on and update anymore due to being homeless, jobless, and without a vehicle. Literally...I am now homeless. I crashed on a friend's couch the past 2 nights but as far as tonight and the rest of my life goes...I don't know. If you want to know more send me a PM and we'll chat.
School...fuck. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to stay in school due to the aforementioned issues. However...I did get a pretty sweet internship doing imaging for a radio station. Basically, I'm recording and producing all of the promos and station liners and everything. I'm pretty stoked and I hope I can continue with it.
As far as the show. PROJEKT X was awesome today. However...(sigh)...they fired our program director last Friday. The guy was awesome and was a great teacher to all of us. He may be the ONLY person on the staff that was loved by ALL students. Anyways...he's gone and we're all pissed. As a result, we have a new person (temporarily) in charge. She told Otter (my pX co-host) and I that we had to give up some shifts because we had too many. We had to choose between our solo shows and PROJEKT X. We're pissed, of course and went back the next day to tell her which shifts we were giving up. We chose to keep pX and then were informed that the school is doing away with 2 man shows. You've all heard me raving about this show and how well we're doing and all the work we've put in promoting it. Some of you listen and some of you are actually friends on our myspace page.
Well...we're not going down without a fight. We launched a "SAVE OUR SHOW" campaign on-air today. We're encouraging people to hit up the myspace page and leave comments about the situation and we were actually reading them on-air. The show was a hit today and we hope to get an outpouring of support that will convince the school to keep us on-air.
If you can...PLEASE HELP ME!!! If you have Myspace please help us out by leaving comments supporting us or listen to the station and send comments in through the requests link about us. Special thanks to MistressCrabby who, when not dealing with Otter talking about wanting certain "favors" from her, posted comments and bulletins in an effort to help us out. Thank you!!!!
