It seems every time I start working out, I am surprised by the happy side effects: more energy, craving healthier food, motivation to get things done, better sleep, overall feeling of happiness. Today I have decided to pick up where I left off on a project in my room, building a bench under the bay window. Unfortunately, the wood I had left in the garage is now warped due to the excessive Las Vegas heat... well shite, time for a trip to the hardware store! =D
