@kiltedscotsm Im reading and I didn't realise the time 😂 this always happens! 

I actually went out a drive into glasgow and back to get some fresh air, sometimes that helps knock me out. Not tonight by the looks of it. Just as well I'm off on the sick just now, I'd never get up on time for work. 😩
