it's cold and raining.....four days 'till back fusion surgery....

unpacking...i think there's stuff we didn't unpack a year ago when we moved. my brother and his wife were in town visiting children and grandchildren this weekend....today, this morning they came by, it was nice to see them - we had a nice chat.

yeah - i got internet again ! still unpacking and will be for some time....satellite still needs installed....when i find the right pan i think i'll try to make lasagna...have a good week - well what's left of it !

moving time again....to a house with a fenced in back yard. my dog is gonna love it. my wife has to do it all cuz i have a bad back and am sick with the flu. she's awesome ! anyway i'll be without internet (unless i go to starbucks) for a while. have a great week.

well superbowl weekend was great but after that i got the flu which brought me pneumonia. the hopital
er waiting room looked like a scene from a diaster movie but wait....once in the er it was worse beds lined up in the halls.and people in every chair. coughing, vomiting etc. whoa enuff of that!

friday - w00t. going to take my bride to see kelly clarkson and reba tonite. it's her christmas present. now i have to figure out what to do for her birthday.....this weekend gonna make dips for the foootball game, take dog for a drive or walk or both. go look at houses, watch the game. hopefully spend a little time with daughter not doing alegbra...

not a bad weekend ... got to spend time with my bride and daughter, the bride gave the dog a bath - now they both smell like lavender - hehe. 25 more days until my third back surgery......2 months in a back brace
and then physical therapy....sounds like a great way to spend the spring. i hope i don't have to use a bed pan...

hi kids, well... we are all recovering here - my bride, daughter, & i. on the menu tonite since we're on solids is pot roast w/green peppers, onions, carrots, and potatos. i still haven't tried my hand at lasagna yet.

i think my wife has gotten the flu and i don't feel so hot either. i hope everyone's weekend was fun. i'm just gonna chill and watch football. i so want to learn how to make lasagna - i'll have to experment when everyone feels better. have a great week. cya mark
