back to work...

my weekend was very different.

I'll go all the way back to Friday.

Friday I had a date with a girl after work, and I was borderline giddy about it most of the day. SHe flaked on me around 4, so i was grumpy the rest of the day, but that's ok, because I think because I was so grumpy I was so assertive with my boss after work about him giving me a raise... and he gave me the amount I asked for!

So I was in a good mood, but ended up hanging out by myself on a friday nite.
Saturday was BIZARRO! I wentto my favorite place which is always packed (and always full of beautiful ladies) and it was EMPTY!!!!!!

then came my weekend... mon/tues.
I mostly had to do some chores, and be giddy about meeting up with *her* again!

tues she calls me at 12 "to see how I've been" and it sounded like maybe she was laying the groundwork for flaking again, even though she had texted me sun nite, saying I was sexy and Ithought that was cool (duh).
then I got a text at 3:30 after I tried calling her back, and she sent me a text saying she was gonna be in a conference call for an hour. so I figure I'll hear from her around 5.

So you could imagine how shitty I felt when I had to call her @ 8:00... and she didn't even answer her phone, call me or text the rest of the day (or today)

what sucks is I actually had this other girl texting me all day to hang out. and I had figured after the (i'm in a conf call) text I'd actually be going out with girl "A". by the time I called girl "B" she already went out with some friends.

so now I am really bummed. I went out and sat by myself for an hour, and I'm glad I did, because this one girl (girl "C") was really nice to me at the bar and I even got to do a little snogging with a stranger (which I think is hot) and swapped the old phone numbers... but honestly I'm not thinking how that is cool, I'm thinking how the other stuff sucks...

I need to meet a really hot girl with some personality and some integrity.
oh shit I live in LA!
