Hello to all/any of you who may actually read this Haha

So things have been kinda rough lately and I honestly am just not as happy as I want to be in life but today was different! I trained my heart out on our last day of muay thai training for the quarter and even received an award from my instructor along with an embarassing story for outstanding respect when I train which is a very difficult award to receive I guess. I'm just glad that I was able to find something I love doing and that's helping me become a stronger and better person not only physically but mentally too.
Hope all is well with everyone and don't forget to look out for and take care of eachother.
