No job yet, my aunt is helping me get a job delivering truck parts witch I really want, i'd be driving around all day and it pays really well. I want this jobsmile

Sunday and monday I was really tired and my stomach was killing me all day, tuesday mourning I wake up at 7am go to the bathroom and pass out. I woke up some time later flat on the floor with my shorts around my ankleseeek I'v basically been pissing out of my ass since then, constant headach and stomach pains come and go. I want to die now
