Okay, seriously .. I kind of thought I -was- going to be chased by that duck. They can be so aggressive / offensive. But he was just really curious, and I think people must feed him regularly from that bench, so he checked back every five minutes to see if I had food yet. Then he'd go back & swim, repeat.

This is true. I've always been a loner, I lead a very boring life. Outside of my boyfriend, I don't have much of a life at all. That made this past week and weekend fairly miserable as he was in Philadelphia and I was here, snowed in, with very little food or entertainment.

At least we have the internet to keep us busy? I hope today is better for ya.

Where are you that you are not getting snow? I will gladly send it your way.

HI!

I think its bullshit too, I've always been a Conan fan. I think the time change to begin with was kind of crappy for Conan since he was competing with the Colbert Report which is also on at 11:30 and draws the same sort of crowd. Whereas Leno's crowd is for the most part, older.. or just different from those two. lol. Obviously what they had before was working, if they were keeping Leno anyway, why change what they had? At least he should be getting a good settlement out of it. But, I will miss his show. I hope he finds something equally good or better to do on another channel so we don't have to miss him much. Until then I guess we will enjoy the last two nights of his show.

The steel grade used for piercings does not go off for metal detectors, luckily. So I will be fine. :] However, it is fun to hide / alter this fact with dumb people.. which is probably why there are still so many rumors about the whole "wand" / metal detector thing. But, no. With my 20 - 30 piercings, I will go through seamlessly.
