That would depend on the person entirely... but as a general rule, anything responsive to sensation. The more responsive the better. So, everything from hands to backs to necks- anywhere, really. I think I have a favorite spot for every partner based entirely on their unique reactions to the stimuli I provide.
Buuut in terms of more superficial attraction... probably the line that follows from the waist down over the swell of a woman's hips. And for men, probably stature, followed by the tender spot above the clavicle, where it slopes down from a nice strong neck. Desire is complicated.
