during one of my nights at the parents house i dug through some old stuff and discovered an old cassette tape with a bunch of disco classics like chic's 'freak out' and 'last dance' on it. produced by peter pan records and introduced by irwin (that's right.. i said irwin) the disco duck, the tape was at the way bottom, under my old public enemy and inxs and behind the skid row and cinderella tapes. so i went and asked my mom how on earth this cassette got in my closet. she laughed and said that the tape was given to me by one of their friends when i was all of 2 years old. as it turns out, my mom and dad had to play the tape just about every time i was in the car and that i looooved 'macho man' , 'in the navy', and 'ymca.' according to my mom, the only thing i loved to listen to more than the village people was luciano pavarotti.
