So, I've been lurking for a few years and am only now beginning to feel like I want to participate more. I would like to be a part of the community. What that looks like for me at the moment I do not know. I know I want to be try my hand at photography. I do have some equipment (Canon 60D) as well as a couple of lenses and lighting equipment, but so far I have never gathered up the courage to put myself out there. Not to mention the fact that I live in Redding CA, with a very limited pool of subjects to shoot. Either way, I'm taking a small step into the future.
