and on and on,
rythmic.
And oranges, more oranges than leaves
more orange than green
the tree looks juicy
and if you pick one away
the tree will lose orange juice
like a bloody nose
Jade plants who are living....
'your hands they move like waves
over me
beneath the moon tonight
near the sea...'
and a piano
and guitar
and their voices like love song lullabies
leaves the color of new borns
live
throughout the trees
each fluttering differently
yet dancing
in unison
nature's vibration
overwhelmingly, achingly
present
shimmering spinning explosive
pure beauty
in liquid, moving invisible rivers
drowning me
in hamonious union
that crashes my senses
envelopes me in colors
bursting out of themselves
and into each other
acting out purple fantasies
and rainbow makebelieve
in blinding vibrations of energy
fantastic cacophony
so perfect in frequency
it is enveloped back up again
as if
it were not here at all
so subtle.
I am left where I began, having never left
embraced by my own pulse
hushing itself
And memory, speaking to me in a language that has no need to communicate
reaveals it is not any of that, having been more.
the cat in the grass below, next door
ears funny, sideways, flat
lying there looking up at me
with the funniest look.
And then I notice
how he hasn't moved away from
his place, there on the grass
even with the spray of sprinkler stray drops.
we alone sharing a secret
he and I
the green, green like the green in movies grass
and this breeze
feel the dropping away of everything
I am mesmerized
I feel so close to remembering
If only I knew a way to find out what I've forgotten...
I know it beyond what I see
more and more
clearer and stronger
like revelations
just around the corner
the point where it all clicks
the tip of your tongue
I recognize all these things
And I fumble along behind myself
trying to make sense of knowing
It is a strange and beautiful journey this internal route, surrounded by the solved puzzle and given the clues.
I am a crazy girl. It is good to live in my head
and on and on,
rythmic.

it reminded me of when i used to live in my old house in the summer... i would go out to the backyard and have some drinks and smoke some weed, then i'd have some hits of nitrous and just lie in the sun, listening to what can only be described as the hum of everything.
there were orange trees there too, and my cat on the grass and i would spend time just looking at, and appreciating the little things around me.
you are super.
